Our Services

Children and Young Peoples Residential Care

We are a Northeast based provider who are in the process of developing Ofsted registered Children’s Homes for Children and Young People between 12 and 17 years old. Our homes are specialist homes which will support children and young people who need to spend some time living alone for up to four young people of any gender who are in need of care to develop positive emotional resilience, behaviours which support them to live a positive and successful life and to be socially connected.

Having a well-trained team lead by an experienced registered manager is essential to creating a safe and secure home where children and young people are supported to be the very best version of themselves and plan for a successful future. Children and young people will benefit from a team who use our strengths based and trauma informed practice model.

Working alongside local community organisations and partners we aim to provide children and young people with community networks and relationships which support them through the next stages of their development and into adulthood.

Supported Living Homes

Based in the Northeast we are currently looking to open our first Ofsted regulated supported accommodation home in Durham. We are currently at stage three in the registration process. Once registered our first home, Bowes Lodge will look to support up to six cared for / care experienced young people aged 16-21.

Support is provided by our experienced and well-trained team who are committed to developing good quality relationships with young people to ensure they receive a service which makes a difference, helps young people to achieve, learn and take those extra steps towards independence.

The young person’s Individual Support Plan ensures there is a clear focus on supporting young people to:

  • Achieve independence
  • Maintain their own tenancies
  • Achieve in education
  • Training or employment
  • Make safer choices
  • Manage their own physical health and wellbeing
  • Move closer to achieve their dreams

Independent Supported Accommodation for Young People Aged 18-25

Each young person receives a minimum set of 121 support hours a week based on their needs and of course this can increase to 24/7 support if needed. All young people benefit from access to 24/7 phone support.

Support is provided by our experienced and well-trained team who are committed to developing good quality relationships with young people to ensure they receive a service which makes a difference.

We also offer solo opportunities for supported accommodation for care experienced young people aged 16-17 (once registered) and young people aged 18 and over (ready now) where there is a need for extra support to secure an improved quality of life and their own tenancies.
