Being Trauma informed

We recognise the secondary impact of dealing with trauma on our team, so to make sure they have support in place we have reflective supervision and reflective practice circles, as well as ensuring the team have access to a range of well-being support and resources.

Roles across the Services

Young Persons Support Worker - 16 Plus Role

This role involves providing high-quality, individualised support to young people (aged 16–25) living in supported living homes where young people are supported and safeguarded from harm. You will be focused on promoting independence, supporting personal development, and ensuring the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of each young person in line with their individual support plans.

 

Deputy Manager – Supported Living 16 Plus Role

As Deputy Manager you will take the lead in ensuring the highest standards of support and accommodation for our young people is maintained. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring positive outcomes for young people are achieved and effective support is in place for team members.

Working closely with the Registered Service Manager to develop a culture of continuous improvement where young people are safeguarded from harm and listened to and consulted with.

Service Manager (Young People 16 plus Supported Living) Role

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of support and preparation for adult live in line with the needs of young people aged 16 plus who live in their registered supported living home. You will be responsible for leading and managing the team who are based in our 24/7 supported living home and the floating support provided to young people as they move on to our staying close supported living homes based in and around the local area.

Safeguarding the people we work with is one of our priorities and to help us do that well we do undertake a strict recruitment process.
